Lifecodes spent the day at the 2024 Harker Research Symposium “The AI Revolution”, showcasing bioinformatics concepts to students through simple displays. Students at the Lifecodes booth got to view genetic variants on an IGV track and use heatmaps to visualize RNA-seq data. The event also featured keynote speakers from leaders in technology industries and talks by student researchers.
